Mount Temple's east ridge has been described in Bill Corbett's book "11000ers of the Canadian Rockies", 'as long and committing, and the hardest in this book'. The east ridge has a mixture of scrambling and few 5.7 climbs to add. This can either be undertaken in a single ascent or ascended over a 2 day period.
